Spaces by Peakflo · MCP server

Connect Spaces to your AI assistant

Hand off repetitive work to the cloud. An agent or a human gets it done.

MCP server URL

https://api.peakflo.ai/mcp

How it works

  1. Add the server URL to your assistant. When it connects, sign in or sign up in your browser with OAuth. There are no API keys to copy.
  2. Approve access on the Spaces consent screen and pick your workspace.
  3. Your assistant can now use Spaces tools. Access follows your workspace role and permissions.

Set up your assistant

Pick your assistant. Each one asks you to sign in to Spaces the first time it connects.

What your assistant can do

Each tool is labelled read-only or write, so your assistant can ask before it changes anything. You only see what your workspace role allows.

Hand off a task task_create
Hand off a one-off or recurring task to an agent or a person. You get a link to the task. Queued or scheduled work is never shown as done.
Workflows workflow_listworkflow_execute
List your workflows and run one.
Data tables table_querytable_sql
Query your tables, or run read-only SQL.
Reports report_query
Query reports and analytics.
Business Context datastore_query
Search your Business Context documents, such as policies and procedures.
Connected apps integration_mcp_tool_call
Read from and act in the apps your workspace has connected, such as accounting, ERP and email.
Tasks and approvals task_listtask_complete
See the tasks and approvals assigned to you, and complete them.

Example prompts

  • Every Monday at 9am Singapore time, have someone in finance send me the AR ageing summary.
  • Hand off this vendor onboarding: collect the W-9 and bank details from Acme Ltd.
  • Which of my workflows failed last week?
  • Show unpaid bills by vendor this quarter.
  • What does our expense policy say about client dinners?

Disconnect an assistant or delete your data

Disconnect an assistant

Revoke access at any time in app.peakflo.ai → Settings → MCP → Connected apps. Access stops immediately. You can also remove the connector in your assistant.

Open MCP settings

Delete data you created

Tasks, tables and workflows you create through an assistant are normal workspace data. Delete them in the Spaces app like anything else.

Delete your account

To delete your account and workspace data, email dpo@peakflo.co from your account email address. We confirm deletion within 30 days.

Email dpo@peakflo.co

How long access lasts

Access tokens expire after 1 hour. A connection lasts 30 days after you approve it; then your assistant asks you to sign in again. Google Gemini connections renew while in use.

Privacy and security

  • Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE.
  • We store only hashes of tokens, never the tokens themselves.
  • We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
